Note-taking Apps

In the district that I work in, we have deployed over 5,000 iPads this year to 7th - 12th graders.  Teachers have asked me what the best note-taking apps are.  The following is a list that I have compiled.  And as always, the best part....some are FREE!!  If you have a favorite note-taking app, please let me know.
